Big news to share...
In late June, we embarked on a new partnership with The Arbor day Foundation, a fantastic organization that actively promotes Tree planting/reforestation programs all across the country. Through our partnership, the "Reforestation" program allows us to plant one tree in a forest that has been devastated by forest fires, drought and climate change for every eligible sale we receive. Since we are a paper company (Wedding and B'nai Mitzvah Invitations, Ketubot and wedding related products) we wanted to find a creative way to give back and reduce our impact on the environment. Planting trees in honor of our clients is a proactive step we have chosen to take to show our commitment to doing the right thing. We activley promote our partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation on our website and through company literature so that our clients realize they can purchase from us with confidence knowing that we take our responsibility to the earth seriously. We had estimated that we would be able to plant about 100 trees per Quarter to start, but our sales surpassed our expectations and we were able to plant 168 trees...68 more than we had anticipated! Talk about a success! Our partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation has been very well received by our clients...they recognize our efforts to give back and feel good about purchasing from a company that understands the bigger picture.
